Our History

Cousins Manufacturing started as a small molding shop and has grown into a two-facility operation in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Along the way, we’ve added floor space, machines, and cranes to handle larger, more complex work for our customers.

2007

Michael Cousins opened Cousins Manufacturing in a rented 15,000 sq ft facility in Mountain Home, Arkansas, with three molding machines.

2013

We built our first 15,000 sq ft facility and moved in with four molding machines.

2015

We purchased our first large tonnage molding machine, expanding the types of projects we could run.

2017

We added a 7,500 sq ft warehouse to the existing building to improve storage and material flow. We also purchased a 225 ton molding machine.

2018

We added three more machines: a 135 ton all-electric, a 427 ton, and a 10 ton bridge crane to make mold changes faster and safer.

2019

We added another 135 ton all-electric machine, plus 360 ton and 1,400 ton molding machines, along with a 5 ton bridge crane.

2020

We purchased a 700 ton molding machine to support larger parts and programs.

2021

We purchased a second 27,500 sq ft facility in Mountain Home, Arkansas, added a second 1,400 ton molding machine, and installed a 15 ton bridge crane in that facility.

Leadership & Growth

From day one, Michael Cousins has focused on building a shop that says yes to real-world production challenges. Every machine, crane, and square foot of space we’ve added has been aimed at giving customers more options and more capacity.

Looking Ahead

We plan to keep investing in equipment, people, and space so we can support long-term programs and new projects for our customers. Our goal is steady, practical growth that keeps quality and service at the center of everything we do.
